Protein Apple Cake
A delicious protein-packed apple cake made with just four ingredients, one of which – you guessed it – is protein powder. You probably already have all the ingredients at home, so start baking and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 large or 4 small sweet apples
- 2 cups almond milk or whole milk
- 2.8 oz Beyuna Protein
- Ceylon cinnamon
- Optional: slivered almonds
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Peel the apples and slice them. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon until smooth. Add the apple slices and mix well. Pour the mixture into a small loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Optionally, sprinkle slivered almonds on top. Bake for about 1 hour, until golden brown. Enjoy!
